Learning outcomes
The student can indicate in a methodical and substantiated way the architectural design methods and apply that knowledge to present it in an architectural design.
Content
To explicate the creative design process and to create awareness of the designing way of thinking is the focus of the module Strategic Architectural Design.
The design qualities, characterized by being able to simultaneously analyze and solve within the various domains of the built environment, enables students to work in the broader context and deal with a wide range of relevant issues within the built environment. The expertise about the built environment combined with the ability to visualize concepts, allows students to embed their interest in culture and society in creative solutions. Furthermore, they learn to give advice to various parties involved in the initialization phase of the building process
