Main learning outcome:
The student demonstrates an active attitude towards his personal and professional development in the study as well as in the FM work field.
The student:
Has 2 individual talks with his Academic Counsellor and attends all general ACP meetings, placement and minor gatherings;
Presents his findings of the interviewed or shadowed FM professionals to increase work field awareness;
Delivers a portfolio in which he motivates the choices for a particular partner school for his exchange and indicates preferences for his placement;
Reflects on his behaviour and preferences during these activities and during the study.

Content
By means of general meetings and individual talks the student is guided on the route to development. During this route the student is asked to critically think about his own learning aims, preferences, development and how to increase his ability to function in the FM work field. A presentation and portfolio are deliverables to show the aforementioned.
