Content

The project “Process and Information Management” focuses on the organization of facility processes. After an assignment in your network, you will work as a consultant for a case organization. The most important question here is: "How do you implement at a good Front Office-Back Office structure (FOBO)". You work towards a FOBO structure in which standard calls can be handled automatically. Thinking in processes, working out facility services in detail and knowing the role ICT plays are important skills in this regard. In the project assignment you find out the causes, come up with solutions and carry out analyzes of problems in a fictitious organization environment.
