Content
This course centres on an advanced business simulation in which students manage and align key organisational functions, including strategy, sales, production, HRM, R&D, procurement, and finance, in an international context. The simulation strengthens a global mindset through teamwork in multicultural settings and decision-making under time pressure. Entrepreneurship is supported through strategic analysis of company value, market dynamics, and growth opportunities. Sustainability and social impact are embedded through the integration of corporate mission and sustainable goals into strategic choices, aligning most strongly with SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth) and SDG 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production).
