Content

This course combines Supply Chain Management theory and its application using a competitive simulation game to immerse students in managing supply chains across domestic and international markets. Teams make integrated decisions in supply chain management, finance, marketing, and HRM within a dynamic and uncertain environment. The international scope of the simulation strengthens a global mindset by developing intercultural awareness, collaboration, and communication in diverse teams. The course supports entrepreneurship by fostering strategic thinking and coordinated decision-making across business functions. Sustainability and social impact are addressed indirectly through responsible performance management in complex, resource-constrained business settings, with strongest relevance to SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth).
