Content
This course prepares students to add value to international business and society by developing essential life and career skills, commonly referred to as 21st-century skills, through interactive workshops. The seminars aim to cultivate business professionals with a global mindset by guiding students through several key steps. First, students enhance their awareness of their own cultural assumptions and begin to recognize differences in others’ perspectives. They are encouraged to interpret the experiences and behaviours of others through their own cultural lens and respond appropriately. The course also emphasizes the importance of leveraging cultural differences in verbal and non-verbal communication to foster shared understanding. SDG 10.
