Content

This course introduces core concepts of OB and CB. Students learn how individuals and groups behave within organisations and how consumers perceive and act in global markets. Integrating cross-cultural perspectives, the course develops students’ global mindset and analytical skills to understand motivation, decision-making, and change in international contexts. By linking behavioural insights to responsible management, OCB1 contributes to SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), fostering sustainable organisational practices and consumer engagement strategies in an interconnected world.
