At the end of this study unit a student is able to:
- Identify the main roles of a leader across the different stages of group development
- Demonstrate knowledge about Intellectual Property and Patents by attending a guest lecture
- Communicate and collaborate with others in a multi-cultural and multidisciplinary environment.
- Gain experience in teambuilding by participating in coaching sessions during the project
- Organize meetings efficiently and give feedback to others about their teamworking skills
