You can create a professional product that adds value for people and organisations in the field of property management and/or services, considering people, place, planet, process, prosperity and technology.
You can analyse the impact on the problem, in the existing and desired situation, of:
o economic aspects;
o financial aspects;
o legal aspects;
o internal processes and the organisational environment.
 
You can devise a strategically defensible and feasible solution (or solutions) for a complex national or international facility management problem using the standards for valid and reliable research.
 
You can communicate in a clear and professional manner with different parties at different levels, both within the organisation and outside it.
 
You can present results, plans, conclusions and recommendations verbally and in writing in correct Dutch and/or English.
 
You can reflect on your personal skills and professional attitude and indicate how these have developed during the course of the degree programme, and you can indicate how you will use these skills and this professional attitude in your future career.
