Inhoud

For an organisation, the student writes an advisory report regarding a complex, facility-related issue. Supervision takes place in communities of learners and through a company visit by the supervising lecturer. During the first phase of the project, the assignment is converted into a research plan on which the student receives feedback.

The recommendations are underpinned by (practice-oriented) research and take into account people, place, process, prosperity, and technology. The impact on the problem of economic, financial and legal aspects, and of internal processes and the organizational environment, is analysed. The student presents the advice to the client, and defends this during a final presentation and defence, in which the personal and professional development of the student is also focus of attention.
