Inhoud
Within this course of Legal Risk Management we will explore the legal context of the working field of a Facility Manager. For a future manager it is essential that he/she is able to explore, describe and to analyze potential legal risks that can harm the continuity of the company. The future (Facility) manager has to act proactively within the company they work.
George Siedel en Helena Haapio discuss in their book ‘The managers legal plan’, a step-by-step method that allows managers to use contracts and the law to create new value and even innovate (!) in often neglected areas. We will discuss the managers Legal Plan and will find means to use this ‘on the job’.
As described in this study guide, this course is of a legal nature, but its structure and its context is business-oriented.
