The student:
  • has gained knowledge and insight on (applicability of) contemporary models, theories and concepts on identification and development of evaluations of optional strategies
  • has gained knowledge and experience on (strategic) decision making models and is able to apply these
  • has gained knowledge and insight on how to prepare organizations for implementing strategic changes and is able to apply this
  • has gained knowledge and insight on how to lead strategic change within organizations
  • is capable of preparing and executing high level debates on contemporary key (international) strategic issues

Inhoud

In the course Strategic Management 3 (STM3) the students will finalize their journey on exploring the relevant and contemporary approaches, model, theories and concept of Strategic Management. STM3 focusses on making strategic evaluations and decisions, on how to prepare organizations for consequences of these decisions and how to lead the strategic change process to realize this selected new strategy.
