4. Understand how the global marketing environment functions.
5. Explain the significance of market analysis and its role in formulating effective marketing plans.

Content
This course will cover the most important marketing concepts. We will follow a structured route to explain the realm of marketing from a strategic and tactical point of view. There will be a lot of examples to clarify how marketing concepts work in practice. Some of the main topics addressed include value creation, building customer relations, creating the marketing mix, marketing research, the marketing environment and entering the global market.

After this course the student has a basic understanding about the main marketing concepts and how this can be identified in ‘real life’.
