In the Professional Skills Development & Leadership (PSKL) course, students develop their learning process towards becoming interdisciplinary business professionals.
This course focuses on continuous professional development through reflection on behaviour, values, personality, leadership style, diversity & inclusion, and conflict style in a social and professional context, leading to increased self-awareness of strengths and areas for development.
Based on this, students build their leadership toolkit and experiment with new behaviours in workshops and practice-based experiences, supported by feedback and reflection.
Progress and development are documented in a portfolio, which forms the basis for assessment through an interview in which students demonstrate achievement of the course learning outcomes and their development process.
This course links to SDG 4; 8 and 16
