Inhoud
In this course the student learns what it takes to initiate a project in a complex organisational context. In creating a business case, the student applies methods to calculate a reliable and well substantiated estimation of the current and future value of project result compared to current and future costs. Not only the primary project result is defined but also the goal of the project result in order to create clear alignment among all stakeholders.
