Inhoud

This course integrates financial & managerial accounting, supply chain management and corporate social responsibility to examine how investment, production, and logistics decisions affect sustainable organisational performance and customer service. Students develop skills in capital budgeting, cost and variance analysis, demand forecasting, and supply chain performance management under uncertainty. The course connects to entrepreneurship by supporting informed operational and investment decisions. It has a strong link to sustainability and social impact through corporate responsibility in supply chain planning and control, aligning most strongly with SDG 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production) and SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure).
