Inhoud

This course introduces consulting as a disciplined approach to diagnosing organizational problems in international business contexts. Students learn to structure ambiguous situations, distinguish symptoms from root causes, and formulate clear managerial problem statements. Through interactive studios and stakeholder-based cases, they integrate multiple perspectives, assess assumptions, and develop context-sensitive advisory positions under uncertainty.

The course fosters professional judgment and self-awareness. It supports SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth) by having students critically evaluate their diagnostic reasoning, collaboration behavior, and use of evidence across multiple consulting situations, establishing a foundational diagnostic mindset.
