Inhoud

Content of the course component: The Body of Knowledge of Financial Management is essential to understand the financial situation of sports organizations. The student acquires basic knowledge about aspects such as managing and generating finances. Conducting a reliable financial policy (balance sheet, profit and loss account, administration) and using finances to manage the organization (estimating, key figures, cost allocation, budgeting) is central to this. In the lessons, the basic concepts of financial management are mastered, students practice the most important calculations and analyses and work with the most important instruments and measures that a manager can take 
 
Course structure: The course consists of guest lectures, regular lectures, and tutorials led by your instructor.

Assessment structure: Written examination.
