Master Healthy Society

Profile of the programme

The Master's programme in Healthy Ageing Professional comprises 60 ECTS credits.

The aim of the Master's programme in Healthy Ageing Professional is to educate professionals to become ambitious change agents. As a change agent, you focus on repositioning and reorganising health within a changing society. This transition towards Healthy Ageing shifts the emphasis of healthcare from cure and care to amplification, that is, strengthening and promoting health.

Central to this approach is active participation in society and deriving positive value and well-being from it. You will learn to look beyond the boundaries of your own professional discipline, collaborate with other professionals and end users, and seek innovative solutions. Current challenges are addressed from an interprofessional perspective, with attention to prevention, participation, organisation, lifestyle, sports, and physical activity.
