Content
The HRM Theory tutorials are an introduction about how HR affects the performance of a company. Subjects are for example work motivation, job analysis, job design, diversity policy, international HR and cultural awareness, recruitment and selection and termination. By means of attending these tutorials en regular self study, theory is studied more indepth and you will be prepared for the written exam.
During the trainings the student demonstrates a number of basic communication skills. By practising with role plays the student is able to lead meetings relating to recruitment & selection, furthermore how bad news is discussed and is able to lead meetings in which cultural differences are evident. Finally the student is prepared to perform the final demonstration.
