- The student demonstrates his research skills by analyzing the current and desired situation in an organization regarding a (facility) issue and comes up with a problem solution that improves a facility product, service and/or process (derived from LO2).

- The student uses the PDCA cycle to demonstrate how he carries out the internship and emphasizes his own actions by reflecting on them (derived from LO2+12).

- The student works independently on his professional facility skills in a complex situation or social environment and reflects on his own professional attitude and learning skills (derived from LO 11+12).

- The student communicates in a proactive and clear way ideas and solutions to colleagues and client so that he thereby convinces and contributes to a professional cooperation within the organization/department (derived from LO 11+12).
