LILO 2: Research and development 
The sports professional is inquisitive when it comes to sport and exercise. They work methodically and take a healthy interest in innovations in the industry. They ask questions, analyse and interpret research results and conduct applied and design-based research. They use the knowledge and insights they have gained to develop appropriate sports and exercise products, establish new processes and create an impact on professional practice in doing so. 
 
LILO 4: Leadership, management and organisation 
Within a given context, the sports professional independently manages and organises proper business operations and the proper performance of duties, and shows an enterprising attitude while doing so.

Inhoud

The Body of Knowledge of Financial Management is essential to understand the financial situation of sports organizations. The student acquires basic knowledge about aspects such as managing and generating finances. Conducting a reliable financial policy (balance sheet, profit and loss account, administration) and using finances to manage the organization (estimating, key figures, cost allocation, budgeting) is central to this. In the lessons, the basic concepts of financial management are mastered, students practice the most important calculations and analyses and work with the most important instruments and measures that a manager can take
